Allan owned and operated Allan Beer and Associates in Santa Rosa Ca. Allan was involved in real estate sales and new home construction. |
| 1988-1991 |
Allan shut down the new home division and went to work with Frank Howard Allen & Associates in Santa Rosa CA. Allan was involved in real estate sales and handled REO properties for local savings and loans that were affected by the S&L crisis. |

Allan moved to Humboldt County and worked with Coldwell Banker Real Estate handling general real estate sales and aiding banks and private investors selling distress properties. |
